Red Mountain is a small mountain located at northwest of Lasha City, which is the capital of Tibet. In the minds of local people who believe in the Tibet Buddhism, it is just like the Putuo Mountain where Kwan-yin dwells, because in Tibet language, it is called as Potala (meaning Putuo). The worldly renowned Potala Palace was just built along the terrain of the mountain as far as the mountain peak.

Red Mountain Hall adopts the meaning of natural bond and magnificence of Red Mountain and the Potala Palace. It is located on the 17th floor of the main building, with the area of 64 sq.m.
